In this vital role, you will support physicians by accurately documenting patient encounters in real-time, ensuring seamless clinical workflows, and maintaining precise medical records. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of patient care while honing your medical documentation skills.Duties<ul><li>Transcribe physician-patient interactions accurately and efficiently during medical examinations and consultations</li><li>Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document detailed medical histories, physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans</li><li>Assist healthcare providers by capturing essential information related to physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology during patient visits</li><li>Maintain comprehensive and organized medical records in compliance with privacy regulations and hospital policies</li><li>Review and verify all documentation for accuracy and completeness before finalizing records</li><li>Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely updates of patient charts and records</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience with transcription and medical documentation in a healthcare setting</li><li>Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems used for clinical documentation</li><li>Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology</li><li>Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed</li><li>Prior experience working in a medical office or emergency room environment is highly desirable</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced settings</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills</li></ul>Join us as a Medical Scribe and become an integral part of delivering exceptional cardiovascular care.
