Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will support physicians by accurately documenting patient encounters in real-time, ensuring seamless clinical workflows, and maintaining precise medical records. Duties

• Transcribe physician-patient interactions accurately and efficiently during medical examinations and consultations
• Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document detailed medical histories, physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Assist healthcare providers by capturing essential information related to physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology during patient visits
• Maintain comprehensive and organized medical records in compliance with privacy regulations and hospital policies
• Review and verify all documentation for accuracy and completeness before finalizing records
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely updates of patient charts and records

Qualifications

• Proven experience with transcription and medical documentation in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems used for clinical documentation
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
• Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed
• Prior experience working in a medical office or emergency room environment is highly desirable
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced settings
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
