As a key liaison to providers and clinics, you'll build strong relationships, address concerns, and provide educational support&mdash;all while representing a respected leader in heart care.What You'll Do:Build and Maintain Relationships<ul><li>Serve as the primary liaison to physicians and provider staff in your assigned territory.</li><li>Visit offices regularly to ensure strong referral relationships and smooth communications.</li><li>Track visits and key feedback in a shared CRM.</li></ul>Support Provider Engagement and Retention<ul><li>Proactively address provider concerns&mdash;whether it's regarding authorizations, referrals, contracts, or workflow.</li><li>Help streamline processes between CVISD and provider partners.</li><li>Share industry insights to support strategic planning.</li></ul>Educate and Inform<ul><li>Coordinate and deliver provider trainings (1:1, group, and virtual formats).</li><li>Assist with developing training materials and managing event logistics.</li><li>Help keep provider resources current, including directories, newsletters, and website updates.</li></ul>Represent CVISD in the Community<ul><li>Attend local provider events, conferences, and health-related community initiatives.</li><li>Uphold our brand and values in all interactions.</li><li>Enjoy the variety of occasional weekend events&mdash;a great chance to network, learn, and represent CVISD in a fun and engaging environment!</li></ul>What We're Looking For:Required:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (1+ year in healthcare or similar field).</li><li>Excellent communication skills&mdash;comfortable with public speaking and relationship-building.</li><li>Valid CA driver&rsquo;s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.</li><li>Experience working with healthcare providers or health plans.</li><li>Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid.</li><li>Background in cardiology.</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive base salary starting at $68,640/year</li><li>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO</li><li>A collaborative, mission-driven team</li><li>Opportunity to grow your career in a respected cardiovascular care network</li><li>Occasional weekend events that are a fun and engaging way to connect with the community and enhance your role!</li></ul>Ready to make a difference in the lives of patients and providers?
