We&rsquo;re building a team that values thoughtful care and meaningful progress for the families we serve.We&rsquo;re looking for someone who is intentional about their growth and wants to be part of a growing team.Role OverviewThis role is ideal for someone working toward (or planning to pursue) BCBA certification and wants to gain hands on experience.You&rsquo;ll support the BCBA with supervision, direct services, and treatment plan implementation while gaining strong, hands-on clinical experience.What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing<ul><li>Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs in home and community settings</li><li>Deliver direct ABA therapy sessions as needed</li><li>Support implementation of treatment plans and behavior interventions</li><li>Assist with program updates and skill acquisition goals</li><li>Ensure accurate data collection and session quality</li><li>Provide in-the-moment coaching to BTs/RBTs</li><li>Maintain clear, professional communication with families and team members</li></ul>Minimum Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in psychology, education, or related field</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of ABA experience</li><li>Experience implementing behavior plans and collecting data</li><li>Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally</li></ul>Preferred Requirements<ul><li>Active RBT certification preferred</li><li>Currently enrolled in or planning to pursue BCBA certification</li><li>Experience supporting or providing staff supervision</li><li>Strong understanding of ABA principles and session quality</li></ul>Why Care Cove<ul><li>Opportunity to grow into a BCBA role</li><li>Consistent, manageable caseloads</li><li>Supportive leadership with clear expectations</li><li>Hands-on experience in both direct and supervisory work</li><li>A team that values quality care</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re serious about becoming a BCBA and want meaningful, hands-on experience in the field, we&rsquo;d love to connect.Pay: $29.00 - $31.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Continuing education credits</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Mileage reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Irvine, CA 92614
