Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone working toward (or planning to pursue) BCBA certification and wants to gain hands on experience.
You’ll support the BCBA with supervision, direct services, and treatment plan implementation while gaining strong, hands-on clinical experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs in home and community settings
- Deliver direct ABA therapy sessions as needed
- Support implementation of treatment plans and behavior interventions
- Assist with program updates and skill acquisition goals
- Ensure accurate data collection and session quality
- Provide in-the-moment coaching to BTs/RBTs
- Maintain clear, professional communication with families and team members
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of ABA experience
- Experience implementing behavior plans and collecting data
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Preferred Requirements
- Active RBT certification preferred
- Currently enrolled in or planning to pursue BCBA certification
- Experience supporting or providing staff supervision
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and session quality

Pay: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour
