Care LinQ is a boutique-style Adult Day Program (Micro DTA) providing 1:1 support to adults with developmental disabilities. We are looking for a Transportation Driver / DSP who is reliable, patient, and passionate about helping others.This role combines safe transportation of members and direct 1:1 support in a structured, low-stress environment.What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Reliable, punctual, and professional</li><li>Strong communication and patience</li><li>Comfortable working 1:1 with individuals with developmental disabilities</li><li>Ability to stay calm and attentive in different situations</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do (Transportation + Support)Transportation Responsibilities:Safely transport members to and from the day program and community activitiesEnsure all members are safely secured (seatbelts required at all times)Maintain accurate transportation logs (pick-up/drop-off times, mileage)Conduct daily vehicle safety checksKeep vehicles clean and report any maintenance concernsDirect Support (1:1) Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 supervision and support to assigned member(s)Assist with daily activities, social engagement, and skill-buildingSupport community outings and recreational activitiesFollow individualized service plans and behavior strategiesDocument daily activities and member progressRequirements<ul><li>Must be 18+ years of age</li><li>1 year of caregiving experience or related experience required.</li><li>Valid Arizona Driver&rsquo;s License</li><li>Clean driving record (required)</li><li>Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card</li><li>Must pass background check</li><li>Ability to obtain: CPR/First Aid Certification Adult , Article 9 Certification, Prevention &amp; Support Training.</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to assist with mobility if needed</li><li>Ability to lift up to 25&ndash;50 lbs (if required)</li><li>Ability to drive and sit for extended periods</li></ul>Why Work at Care LinQ?✔ Consistent daytime schedule (no nights!)✔ Smaller program = less chaos, more support✔ Strong team environment✔ Opportunity for advancement✔ Meaningful, rewarding work plus bonuses!Pay: From $32,240.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
