Medical Transport Driver - DSP

Care LinQ is a boutique-style Adult Day Program (Micro DTA) providing 1:1 support to adults with developmental disabilities. We are looking for a Transportation Driver / DSP who is reliable, patient, and passionate about helping others.

This role combines safe transportation of members and direct 1:1 support in a structured, low-stress environment.

What You’ll Do (Transportation + Support)

Transportation Responsibilities:

Safely transport members to and from the day program and community activities

Ensure all members are safely secured (seatbelts required at all times)

Maintain accurate transportation logs (pick-up/drop-off times, mileage)

Conduct daily vehicle safety checks

Keep vehicles clean and report any maintenance concerns

Direct Support (1:1) Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 supervision and support to assigned member(s)

Assist with daily activities, social engagement, and skill-building

Support community outings and recreational activities

Follow individualized service plans and behavior strategies

Document daily activities and member progress

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age
• 1 year of caregiving experience or related experience required.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License
• Clean driving record (required)
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Must pass background check
• Ability to obtain: CPR/First Aid Certification Adult , Article 9 Certification, Prevention & Support Training.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to assist with mobility if needed
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs (if required)
• Ability to drive and sit for extended periods
