Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Caregiver, where your compassion and dedication will make a real difference in the lives of those you support! In this rewarding role, you will provide essential care to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being from Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 7 PM. You will engage with clients in a meaningful way while assisting them with daily activities and promoting their independence. Your skills and empathy will shine as you create a nurturing environment for those you serve.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.</li><li>Provide patient observation and monitor vital signs to ensure the health and safety of clients.</li><li>Support individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with autism and dementia, through direct care and companionship.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness in living spaces by performing light housekeeping tasks.</li><li>Medication Reminders</li><li>Assisting with Client Transfers</li><li>Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each client&rsquo;s needs.</li><li>Engage clients in social activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.</li></ul>Basic qualifications<ul><li>Experience in caregiving or related fields such as home health or nursing home environments is preferred.</li></ul>Preferred qualifications<ul><li>First aid and CPR certification are essential for ensuring client safety.</li><li>Previous experience in group homes or assisted living facilities is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with hospice care practices and memory care techniques is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.</li><li>A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact on their lives.</li></ul>Why you&rsquo;ll love it here We believe in empowering our caregivers to thrive both professionally and personally!
