About the RoleWe are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced creative agency. This role demands high creative output, speed, and strategic thinking. You will work across multiple brands and industries, producing high-impact social media creatives, reels, motion graphics, AI videos, and UI/UX designs. The ideal candidate understands both creative aesthetics and performance-driven design.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conceptualize and execute creative assets for multiple client accounts simultaneously</li><li>Design scroll-stopping social media creatives, ad banners, and campaign visuals</li><li>Create high-performing reels, short-form videos, and AI-generated video content</li><li>Produce motion graphics, GIFs, and animations using After Effects</li><li>Edit and deliver professional video content using Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>Design UI/UX layouts for websites, landing pages, and mobile apps</li><li>Translate briefs from strategy, performance marketing, and content teams into effective visuals</li><li>Maintain visual consistency as per each client&rsquo;s brand guidelines</li><li>Lead creative execution for key accounts and guide junior designers when required</li><li>Continuously optimize creatives based on performance insights and client feedback</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and emerging creative formats</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Tools<ul><li>Photoshop, Canva Pro (advanced usage)</li><li>CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator</li><li>Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects</li><li>AI video creation tools</li><li>Reel &amp; short-form video production</li><li>UI/UX design principles</li><li>GIF creation and motion design</li><li>Strong experience in agency-style social media creatives</li></ul>Agency-Focused Expectations<ul><li>Ability to handle tight deadlines and quick turnarounds</li><li>Comfortable working with multiple brands and industries</li><li>Strong understanding of performance creatives (CTR, hooks, thumbnails, formats)</li><li>Experience collaborating with account managers and performance marketers</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹11,471.76 - ₹35,900.11 per monthWork Location: In person
