Graphic Designer & Video Editor

About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced creative agency. This role demands high creative output, speed, and strategic thinking. You will work across multiple brands and industries, producing high-impact social media creatives, reels, motion graphics, AI videos, and UI/UX designs. The ideal candidate understands both creative aesthetics and performance-driven design.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute creative assets for multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Design scroll-stopping social media creatives, ad banners, and campaign visuals
• Create high-performing reels, short-form videos, and AI-generated video content
• Produce motion graphics, GIFs, and animations using After Effects
• Edit and deliver professional video content using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Design UI/UX layouts for websites, landing pages, and mobile apps
• Translate briefs from strategy, performance marketing, and content teams into effective visuals
• Maintain visual consistency as per each client’s brand guidelines
• Lead creative execution for key accounts and guide junior designers when required
• Continuously optimize creatives based on performance insights and client feedback
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and emerging creative formats
