Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can design eye-catching creatives and produce engaging short-form videos for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns.

If you love mixing design + motion + AI tools and enjoy creating content that converts, this role is for you.

Responsibilities : Graphic Design

• Create social media posts, ad creatives, banners, thumbnails, and landing page visuals
• Design marketing materials, brochures, and brand assets
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms
• Work closely with marketing & content teams

Responsibilities :Video Editing

• Edit reels, YouTube shorts, explainer videos, and promotional videos
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and effects
• Create engaging ad videos for performance marketing
• Use AI tools to speed up editing, captions, and enhancements
• Optimize videos for Instagram, YouTube, and paid ads

Required Skills

• Canva
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects
• Other video editing tools (Premiere Pro/CapCut/AI-based editors)
• Good sense of typography, color, and layout
• Knowledge of social media trends & short-form content
• Basic motion graphics skills

Good to Have

• Experience with AI tools for design/video (Elevenlabs, Heygen, etc.)
• Performance ad creative experience
• Understanding of student/career or EdTech audience
• Photography or animation skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
