 If you&rsquo;re a tech-savvy recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience and a strong curiosity for AI, emerging tools, and deep-tech problem-solving, this role is built for you.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Source, evaluate, and close exceptional talent across AI, ML, LLMs, Data, MLOps, and Research roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the full hiring lifecycle from outreach and screening to candidate management and closing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner directly with founders, CTOs, and engineering leaders to decode complex mandates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build deep and meaningful candidate relationships while maintaining a consistent experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft precise job descriptions that reflect actual technical expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use AI-powered sourcing and screening tools to boost efficiency and quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track funnel metrics and drive improvements across sourcing, qualification, and conversion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on trends in GenAI, model engineering, data infra, and scaling systems.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Who You Are
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2 to 5 years of experience in tech recruitment (experience hiring AI talent is a strong plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of roles like ML Engineer, Applied Scientist, LLM Engineer, Research Engineer, Data Scientist, MLOps Engineer, and more.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to converse intelligently with technical candidates about models, data pipelines, and engineering frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Curiosity-driven mindset with an interest in AI tools, research developments, and emerging technologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills and the ability to evaluate both skill and intent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Based in Bengaluru or currently residing in Bengaluru (preferred).
 </li>
