 Games Presenter Team Manager

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide consistent leadership, coaching, and support to team members to foster both personal and professional development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee daily team operations in line with company policies, including attendance management and performance monitoring.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing work environment by encouraging open communication and teamwork.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify training and development needs, working closely with internal departments to coordinate learning opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to achieving business goals through effective team management and skill development initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all activities are delivered in compliance with company standards, values, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Native or fluent Turkish (C1 level) and fluent English (B2 level) communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar leadership or supervisory position.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelors degree in Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in the gaming, entertainment, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 environment and manage shift-based teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexible to work on a rotational shift schedule.
