The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and provide gentle reminders throughout the shift.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide companionship and emotional support with patience and understanding</li><li>File and research documents</li><li>Remind client of daily tasks and important information</li><li>Respond calmly and respectfully</li><li>Assist with daily activities as needed</li><li>Pay close attention to detail and anticipate client needs in advance</li><li>Personal care</li><li>Meal preparation</li><li>Chores and housekeeping</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous caregiving or related experience preferred</li><li>Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to remain calm in challenging situations</li><li>Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills</li><li>Reliable and punctual</li><li>Home Care Aid Registry</li></ul>Abuse Reporting: Per California Health and Safety Code Section 1796.42, this position is subject to abuse reporting procedures.
