Place of Employment: Caregiver To You Office(s), client homes, work sites outside of the client facilities/homes as required, and other work sites as required by Caregiver To You.

Accountable To: Caregiver To You - Account Manager.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday-Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00PM
• Open availability is a plus
• Schedule could change by client at any time

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Caregiver/Personal Assistant to support a client who requires patience, understanding, and attentive care. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and provide gentle reminders throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support with patience and understanding
• File and research documents
• Remind client of daily tasks and important information
• Respond calmly and respectfully
• Assist with daily activities as needed
• Pay close attention to detail and anticipate client needs in advance
• Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Chores and housekeeping

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving or related experience preferred
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Home Care Aid Registry
