AutoPhone is an AI-powered voice automation platform that enables businesses to automate inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, book appointments, and scale customer engagement using human-like AI calling agents.AutoPhone is sold as a B2B AI service with usage-based pricing, API integrations, and enterprise-grade deployments.Role OverviewWe are hiring a hands-on Sales Director who can own revenue end-to-end.This role is not for:<ul><li>Operations leaders</li><li>Project managers</li><li>Government-only sellers</li><li>Sales managers who don&rsquo;t close</li></ul>This role is for someone who has:<ul><li>Built B2B sales from scratch</li><li>Sold complex, intangible tech (AI / SaaS / CPaaS)</li><li>Carried quotas personally</li><li>Built and led sales teams</li><li>Closed enterprise and mid-market deals</li></ul>You will report directly to the founder and will be accountable for ARR growth, pipeline health, and sales execution.Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy &amp; Go-To-Market<ul><li>Design and own the B2B sales strategy for AutoPhone (ICP, verticals, pricing logic, deal structure)</li><li>Define target industries (real estate, healthcare, fintech, logistics, call-center replacement, etc.)</li><li>Create sales playbooks, pitch decks, objection handling frameworks, and ROI narratives</li></ul>2. Revenue Ownership &amp; Execution<ul><li>Personally close high-value B2B deals (mid-market &amp; enterprise)</li><li>Manage complex sales cycles (multiple stakeholders, pilots, procurement, security, pricing)</li><li>Own CRM, pipeline stages, deal velocity, and conversion metrics</li><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing models, pilots, and enterprise rollouts</li></ul>3. Forecasting &amp; Sales Analytics<ul><li>Build sales projections, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and revenue models</li><li>Track KPIs: pipeline value, win rates, CAC, deal cycle length, ARR/MRR</li><li>Report clearly and honestly on sales performance</li></ul>4. Key Account &amp; Enterprise Management<ul><li>Manage and expand strategic corporate accounts</li><li>Drive upsells (usage expansion, new use cases, additional departments)</li><li>Maintain executive-level relationships with clients</li></ul>5. Team Building &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Hire, train, and manage:</li><li>Account Executives</li><li>SDRs / BDRs</li><li>Define commission structures and performance targets</li><li>Coach the team on selling AI, value-based pricing, and consultative selling</li></ul>Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)<ul><li>8&ndash;10+ years of B2B sales experience</li><li>Proven experience selling AI, SaaS, CPaaS, Telecom, or API-based solutions</li></ul>Demonstrated ability to:<ul><li>Build a sales strategy</li><li>Execute it personally</li><li>Scale a sales team</li><li>Experience handling complex sales cycles (30&ndash;180 days)</li><li>Strong enterprise negotiation skills</li><li>Experience creating sales forecasts and revenue projections</li><li>Experience managing corporate / enterprise clients</li><li>MBA or DBA preferred (or equivalent proven SaaS sales leadership track record)</li><li>Excellent English (Arabic is a plus)</li><li>Strongly Preferred Background</li><li>AI voice agents, chatbots, or automation platforms</li><li>Call-center replacement / CX automation</li><li>Usage-based or per-minute pricing models</li><li>Selling to real estate, healthcare, fintech, logistics, or large service businesses</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;35,000.00 - E&pound;40,000.00 per month
