 Schedule</b></h3><ul>
<li><b>Full shift:</b> 6 AM &ndash; 2 PM, Monday&ndash;Friday
</li><li>Morning responsibilities include welcoming children, leading early activities, and supporting smooth transitions into the day.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>&zwj; Responsibilities</b></h3><ul>
<li>Provide nurturing care for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and school&#8209;age children.</li>
<li>Lead engaging morning routines (music, art, sensory play).</li>
<li>Support breakfast/snack times and classroom organization.</li>
<li>Communicate warmly with families during drop&#8209;off.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Wisconsin child care licensing standards.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b> Qualifications</b></h3><ul>
<li>Experience working with children across age groups.</li>
<li>Positive energy and reliability (early mornings are key!).</li>
<li>An early childhood education background is preferred. But will train the right person</li>
<li>Ability to create a safe, welcoming environment.</li>
