This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while supporting our company's daily functions.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth</li><li>Operate multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette</li><li>Handle data entry tasks with precision using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems and manage document proofreading to ensure accuracy</li><li>Schedule appointments, coordinate calendar management for executives or teams, and organize meetings efficiently</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed</li><li>Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally</li><li>Support office management activities including supply ordering, filing, and general administrative tasks</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures</li><li>Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse clients and staff</li><li>Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management is highly desirable</li><li>Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support capabilities</li><li>Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous but not required</li><li>Ability to type quickly with high accuracy and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines</li></ul>Join us in creating a vibrant office environment where your skills make a real difference!
