Job Overview:We are currently looking for an organised and motivated Finance &amp; HR Coordinator to join us for 20 hours per week, with hours primarily worked Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am-2pm.You will act as the primary point of contact for general HR queries, providing a range of administrative services to support the effective operation of HR across the company and its employees. This will include maintaining all employee records, overseeing the recruitment process and onboarding/offboarding, organising training, and tracking sickness, in addition to a range of general HR support duties.You will also provide a level of Finance Support to the Finance &amp; HR Manager, including completing daily cash-ups, assisting with the management of petty cash, raising invoices, and assisting with payroll.If you have a strong background in administration, are able to multitask effectively and are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.
