The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing compelling content, managing social channels, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize outreach efforts.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on platforms such as You Tube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tic Tok and others.</li><li>Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts</li><li>Manage daily social media operations utilizing applications such as Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts and monitor engagement.</li><li>Conduct social listening to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform content strategy.</li><li>Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to improve content discoverability and organic reach.</li><li>Run targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns and analyze their performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools.</li><li>Engage with followers through relationship management techniques, responding to comments and messages promptly to foster community loyalty.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, e-commerce promotions, and digital marketing campaigns.</li><li>Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before publication.</li><li>Monitor industry trends in social media marketing and incorporate innovative tactics into ongoing campaigns.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Familiarity with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics purposes.</li><li>Experience with SEO strategies, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and Facebook Advertising is highly desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of video editing and photography techniques to produce engaging multimedia content.</li><li>Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations practices, e-commerce integration, and relationship management within digital spaces.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills combined with the ability to craft compelling narratives tailored for diverse audiences.
