This role is vital in supporting daily office operations, managing communication, and ensuring a smooth workflow within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in office management tools.Duties<ul><li>Serve as the front desk receptionist, greeting clients and visitors professionally</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously</li><li>Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records</li><li>Support office management tasks including calendar scheduling and appointment setting</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally</li><li>Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee general administrative functions</li><li>Utilize Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications for various administrative tasks</li><li>Support clerical duties such as typing correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing files</li><li>Ensure proper phone etiquette and effective communication with clients and team members</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and administrative background</li><li>Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required</li><li>Familiarity with QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and multi-line phone systems</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities</li><li>Strong computer literacy including data entry, proofreading, and document management</li><li>Previous experience in customer support or reception roles such as dental or medical receptionist preferred</li><li>Knowledge of office management procedures including filing, calendar management, and bookkeeping</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism</li></ul>If you are an organized, proactive individual with bilingual capabilities seeking a dynamic administrative role, we encourage you to apply.
