We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Bilingual Executive Assistant to support a busy business owner and attorney. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable managingl professional tasks with confidentiality and discretion.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, appointments, and travel</li><li>Screen and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence in English and Spanish</li><li>Assist with document preparation, light editing, and follow-up communications</li><li>Coordinate office and personal errands, purchases, scheduling, and reminders</li><li>Maintain task lists, project deadlines, and organize digital files and documents</li><li>Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the attorney and staff, clients, or contacts</li><li>Support in managing both business and personal responsibilities with flexibility</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills</li><li>Excellent written English; Spanish fluency is a plus</li><li>High proficiency in Microsoft Office and MacOS</li><li>Experience managing calendars, scheduling, and project tracking tools</li><li>Able to handle confidential information with discretion and good judgment</li><li>Positive, proactive attitude; resourceful and self-motivated</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Relocation assistance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Southfield, MI 48076 (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Southfield, MI 48076: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
