Carrier Refrigeration

As an Associate Sales Engineer, you ll be responsible for:<ul><li>Generating inquiries through regular market visits to contractors, consultants, retailers, dealers, and distributors.</li><li>Updating customers on the latest Carrier software, catalogs, and product information in coordination with the Application Engineering Team.</li><li>Preparing and submitting monthly forecast packs, including detailed sales and bookings forecasts per customer, shortfall analysis, and pipeline project status.</li><li>Coordinating with the Credit Management Team to assess credit requirements and secure necessary approvals.</li><li>Continuously following up on pipeline projects and maintaining accurate status updates.</li><li>Creating quotations aligned with inquiry specifications and conducting regular follow-ups with customers.</li><li>Managing technical submittals and handling clarifications from clients and consultants.</li><li>Finalizing orders in coordination with the Sales Manager.</li><li>Collaborating with Sales Coordinators to ensure timely and accurate invoice generation.</li><li>Coordinating product delivery with Internal Sales Representatives.</li><li>Following up on payments and collections with the Finance team.</li><li>Managing warranty-related cases with the Warranty Department.</li><li>Promptly addressing customer concerns and providing technical support in collaboration with relevant teams.</li><li>Complying with Carrier s Code of Ethics and completing all mandatory online training programs.</li></ul>

Associate Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Update the Master Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule (90, 60, and 30 days)</li>
<li>Manage the SR backlog and validate scheduled hours for PM visits</li>
<li>Assign and pre-schedule work orders based on technician skillsets and availability</li>
<li>Contact customers to coordinate and confirm initial visits</li>
<li>Estimate and adjust work hours in work orders and scheduled hours</li>
<li>Provide feedback and flag resource availability concerns to the Branch Manager</li>
<li>Review technical work, approve timesheets, and manage technician expenses</li>
<li>Manage service renewal processes and SR bookings</li>
<li>Create startup forecast work orders</li>
<li>Incorporate CBM into PM planning for connected chillers</li>
<li>Highlight technician shortages and support recruitment decisions</li>
</ul>
Skill Set
<ul>
<li>Strong project planning and coordination skills</li>
<li>HVAC technical background and understanding of work-hour estimation</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems</li>
<li>Problem-solving, team-oriented, and results-driven</li>
<li>Effective communicator with excellent organizational skills</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
1 3 years of relevant experience preferred
Diploma in Engineering or related field is a plus
