Carroll Custom Coatings is a growing residential painting, cabinet refinishing, and custom cabinetry company committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and an outstanding customer experience.We&rsquo;re looking for a creative, energetic Content Creator who can tell our story through engaging videos, photography, and social media. You&rsquo;ll spend time both in the office and in the field, capturing real projects and helping build a brand that homeowners recognize and trust.Responsibilities<ul><li>Visit active painting, cabinet refinishing, and cabinetry projects to capture high-quality content.</li><li>Film before, during, and after transformations.</li><li>Take professional photos of completed projects.</li><li>Create and edit Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos.</li><li>Manage and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.</li><li>Capture customer testimonial videos and team highlights.</li><li>Create graphics, marketing materials, and promotional content.</li><li>Help update our website with new project photos and videos.</li><li>Monitor social media trends and bring fresh marketing ideas to the team.</li><li>Work closely with the owner to help grow one of the area&rsquo;s leading home service brands.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience creating content for social media (professional or personal).</li><li>Comfortable filming and photographing on active job sites.</li><li>Basic to intermediate video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.</li><li>Strong photography and storytelling skills.</li><li>Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.</li><li>Excellent communication and people skills.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with reliable transportation.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Drone photography/videography experience.</li><li>Marketing or social media management experience.</li><li>Knowledge of the residential construction, painting, remodeling, or home services industry.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunities for advancement.
