Content Creator

Carroll Custom Coatings is a growing residential painting, cabinet refinishing, and custom cabinetry company committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and an outstanding customer experience.

We’re looking for a creative, energetic Content Creator who can tell our story through engaging videos, photography, and social media. You’ll spend time both in the office and in the field, capturing real projects and helping build a brand that homeowners recognize and trust.

Responsibilities

• Visit active painting, cabinet refinishing, and cabinetry projects to capture high-quality content.
• Film before, during, and after transformations.
• Take professional photos of completed projects.
• Create and edit Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos.
• Manage and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Capture customer testimonial videos and team highlights.
• Create graphics, marketing materials, and promotional content.
• Help update our website with new project photos and videos.
• Monitor social media trends and bring fresh marketing ideas to the team.
• Work closely with the owner to help grow one of the area’s leading home service brands.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for social media (professional or personal).
• Comfortable filming and photographing on active job sites.
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Strong photography and storytelling skills.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Drone photography/videography experience.
• Marketing or social media management experience.
• Knowledge of the residential construction, painting, remodeling, or home services industry.
