Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team! This paid position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to contribute to our success.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy</li><li>Handle all clerical duties including data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office and current operating systems</li><li>Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate office events to optimize time management for staff and executives</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, supporting clients and internal teams effectively</li><li>Maintain office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace</li><li>Assist with personal assistant responsibilities when needed, including travel arrangements or document preparation for staff members</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience in an office environment or administrative role is preferred but not required</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette skills while managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively but not required</li><li>Familiarity with clerical duties such as data entry, filing systems, proofreading documents, and calendar management</li><li>Experience working as a receptionist is advantageous but not required</li><li>Personal assistant experience or background in office management will be considered a strong asset</li></ul>Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence!
