Administrative Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Handle all clerical duties including data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office and current operating systems
  • Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate office events to optimize time management for staff and executives
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, supporting clients and internal teams effectively
  • Maintain office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist with personal assistant responsibilities when needed, including travel arrangements or document preparation for staff members
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience

  • Prior experience in an office environment or administrative role is preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting
  • Excellent phone etiquette skills while managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively but not required
  • Familiarity with clerical duties such as data entry, filing systems, proofreading documents, and calendar management
  • Experience working as a receptionist is advantageous but not required
  • Personal assistant experience or background in office management will be considered a strong asset
