This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your customer service expertise in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.Duties<ul><li>Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, providing friendly and professional assistance</li><li>Manage customer inquiries regarding repairs, estimates, and scheduling via phone, email, or in person</li><li>Enter customer data accurately into our computer systems using Microsoft Office tools and CCC ONE software</li><li>Assist clients with insurance paperwork, billing questions, and payment processing including cash handling</li><li>Coordinate with technicians and support staff to ensure smooth communication and timely service delivery</li><li>Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement</li><li>Maintain organized records of customer interactions, appointments, and service details for analysis and reporting</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clients</li><li>Prior experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred but not required</li><li>Strong data entry skills with attention to detail; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy essential</li><li>Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism when interacting with clients over the phone or in person</li><li>Ability to handle outbound calling tasks confidently while maintaining positive client relationships</li><li>Good analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide effective solutions quickly</li></ul>Join us to deliver outstanding client services in a lively environment where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
