Customer Service Representative - Auto Body Shop

Duties

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, providing friendly and professional assistance
• Manage customer inquiries regarding repairs, estimates, and scheduling via phone, email, or in person
• Enter customer data accurately into our computer systems using Microsoft Office tools and CCC ONE software
• Assist clients with insurance paperwork, billing questions, and payment processing including cash handling
• Coordinate with technicians and support staff to ensure smooth communication and timely service delivery
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, appointments, and service details for analysis and reporting

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clients
• Prior experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred but not required
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy essential
• Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism when interacting with clients over the phone or in person
• Ability to handle outbound calling tasks confidently while maintaining positive client relationships
• Good analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide effective solutions quickly
