This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills, and passion for food and beverage service.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff</li><li>Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation</li><li>Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction</li><li>Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas</li><li>Must be available to work Weekends</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in breakfast and lunch</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting</li><li>Experience with food handling, basic math for cash handling and billing accuracy, and serving techniques</li><li>Host/hostess experience or background in hospitality roles is advantageous for guest relations skills</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
