Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
• Must be available to work Weekends

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in breakfast and lunch
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with food handling, basic math for cash handling and billing accuracy, and serving techniques
• Host/hostess experience or background in hospitality roles is advantageous for guest relations skills
