</li></ul></div><div><b>POSITION SUMMARY:</b></div>
<div></div><div>The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data analytics and reporting solutions that support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making within a manufacturing environment. This role will leverage Power BI and related technologies to transform raw data into meaningful insights across production, supply chain, inventory, quality, and financial performance.</div>
<div> </div><div>The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in data modeling and visualization with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, KPIs, and ERP systems.</div>
<div></div><div><b>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:</b></div>
<div></div><div><b>Business Intelligence &amp; Reporting</b></div>
<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.</li>
<li>Build and manage robust data models using Power Query, DAX, and SQL.</li>
<li>Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and visualizations.</li>
<li>Develop standardized KPI reporting for manufacturing operations, supply chain, and finance.</li>
</ul><div><b>Manufacturing &amp; Operations Analytics</b></div>
<ul><li>Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to analyze:
<ul><li>Production efficiency (OEE, throughput, downtime)</li>
<li>Yield and waste metrics</li>
<li>Labor productivity</li>
<li>Inventory turns and accuracy</li>
<li>Cost of goods manufactured (COGM)</li>
</ul></li><li>Support variance analysis related to production, materials usage, and labor.</li>
<li>Assist in demand planning, capacity planning, and performance forecasting.</li>
</ul><div><b>Data Management &amp; Integration</b></div>
<ul><li>Extract and transform data from ERP, MES, WMS, and other operational systems.</li>
<li>Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reporting platforms.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain data documentation and governance standards.</li>
<li>Identify and implement process improvements in data collection and reporting.</li>
</ul><div><b>Stakeholder Collaboration</b></div>
<ul><li>Work closely with Finance, Operations, IT, Supply Chain and Executive Leadership to identify reporting needs.</li>
<li>Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.</li>
<li>Train end-users on dashboard utilization and data interpretation.</li>
</ul><div><b>Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.</b></div>
<div></div><div><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b></div>
<div></div><div><b>Education &amp; Experience</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.</li>
<li>3&ndash;5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting roles.</li>
<li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of hands-on Power BI development experience.</li>
<li>Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.</li>
</ul><div><b>Technical Skills</b></div>
<ul><li>Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query).</li>
<li>Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.</li>
<li>Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).</li>
<li>Understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.</li>
</ul><div><b>Manufacturing Knowledge</b></div>
<ul><li>Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs (OEE, scrap, yield, cycle time, etc.).</li>
<li>Understanding of cost accounting principles in a manufacturing setting.</li>
<li>Experience working with production, inventory, and supply chain data.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.</li>
<li>Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.</li>
<li>Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul><li>Experience with ETL tools or data integration platforms.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.</li>
<li>Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning processes.</li>
<li>Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>WORK ENVIROMENT AND EQUIPMENT:</b></div>
<ul><li>This job is located within the corporate office, in an indoor environment.</li>
<li>This position may occasionally support work in the warehouse roasting facility that requires constant standing on concrete floors, exposed to loud equipment noise and subject to coffee dust strong odors.</li>
<li>Personal protection equipment and other Good Manufacturing Practices are mandatory.</li>
