This paid position offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference while honing your leadership, motivational, communication, and outreach skills.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement outreach strategies to connect with target communities</li><li>Work along side the admissions team to assist with community referrals and pre assessment tasks</li><li>Lead engagements at community events, schools, and organizations to raise awareness</li><li>Coordinate program development efforts by designing engaging activities that meet community needs and organizational goals</li><li>Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of outreach campaigns</li><li>Collect and analyze data related to outreach efforts to measure impact and inform future planning</li><li>Manage social media platforms and marketing materials to promote events, share success stories, and expand our reach</li><li>Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local organizations, and community leaders</li><li>Ensure compliance with DHHS &amp; Joint Commission requirements.</li><li>Ensure patient confidentiality in compliance with 42CFR, Part 2.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience or knowledge of the behavioral health field.</li><li>Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage community organizations confidently</li><li>Background in program development, or social services such as addiction counseling or social work</li><li>Excellent marketing skills with experience managing social media campaigns and content creation</li><li>Ability to collect, interpret, and utilize data for program evaluation and improvement</li><li>Demonstrates leadership qualities</li><li>Administrative skills including record keeping, scheduling, and reporting responsibilities</li><li>Experience in community engagement in the behavioral health field</li><li>Passion for public health initiatives or community service with a proactive attitude toward outreach efforts</li><li>Strong organizational skills with computer literacy</li></ul>Join us as an Outreach Coordinator to participate in community engagement!
