We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury attorney with substantial pre-litigation experience to support our multi-state PI operation in a non-appearance, non-representation capacity.This role is specifically designed for attorneys who are strong at case evaluation, demand development, liability analysis, and pre-lit settlement strategy. The goal is to resolve the majority of cases before litigation by working closely with our internal case managers and coordinating with local of-counsel / co-counsel attorneys who formally represent the clients.This is not a litigation or trial role.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Review and evaluate personal injury cases (auto, trucking, rideshare, and related matters)</li><li>Develop pre-lit settlement strategy from intake through demand</li><li>Assist with:</li><li>Liability and coverage analysis</li><li>Damages evaluation</li><li>Demand letter strategy and review</li><li>Settlement positioning and negotiation support</li><li>Work collaboratively with local of-counsel / co-counsel attorneys handling formal representation</li><li>Guide internal case managers on steps needed to move cases toward efficient resolution</li><li>Identify early escalation or referral issues when pre-lit resolution is not viable</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Licensed attorney in any U.S. jurisdiction</li><li>Proven pre-litigation PI settlement experience (required)</li><li>Track record of resolving cases before suit</li><li>Comfortable working behind the scenes with case managers and co-counsel</li><li>Strong judgment, organization, and settlement mindset</li><li>High-volume PI experience is a plus</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>10% of attorney fees generated on cases you assist in resolving</li><li>Paid as fees are earned/collected</li><li>No cap; performance-based upside</li><li>Independent contractor (1099)</li></ul>This role is not suited for litigation-only or trial-focused attorneys.Job Types: Part-time, Contract, TemporaryPay: $42,351.40 - $75,089.86 per yearExpected hours: 10 &ndash; 20 per weekWork Location: Remote

Experienced Personal Injury Attorney – Pre-Lit

About Us: We are a consumer protection and personal injury law firm handling matters nationwide. Our primary office is in Washington, D.C. We are expanding and seeking licensed attorneys in multiple states to serve as local counsel and represent clients within their jurisdictions. Attorneys licensed in multiple states are strongly preferred (and will receive more case assignments).Position Overview: This is a flexible, pre-litigation local counsel role. Our team manages all case preparation, negotiations, and documentation. Local counsel attorneys will not need to file pleadings or handle court appearances. In lemon law matters, some cases may require attendance at an arbitration hearing (approximately 2 hours, with all documents prepared by our firm). In personal injury matters, your role is limited to ensuring jurisdictional coverage and compliance in the pre-litigation phase.Compensation:<ul><li>10% of our fee </li><li>Standard fees range from $4,000 &ndash; $12,000 per case, so local counsel compensation typically falls between $400 &ndash; $1,200 per matter.</li><li>Engagements are on a case-by-case basis. No billable hours. Legal Counsel

About the Role: You will act as Co-Counsel on PI and Lemon Law matters, supported by a strong marketing, intake, and case-management team. We handle all administrative, staffing, and case-acquisition functions so you can focus on legal oversight.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve as Co-Counsel Attorney of Record on PI and Lemon Law cases.</li><li>Review and sign retainers/fee agreements, demands, settlement documents, arbitration filings (for Lemon Law), and other legal work.</li><li>Ensure all cases remain compliant with the rules of the state(s) where you&rsquo;re licensed.</li><li>Communicate with adjusters, opposing counsel, clients, and support staff.</li><li>Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure ethical, compliant workflows nationwide.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Active bar license in at least one U.S. state.</li><li>Experience in Personal Injury or Lemon Law is a strong plus, but not required.</li><li>Strong communication skills and fast response times.</li><li>Comfortable in a high-volume, remote environment.</li><li>Must be independent or have your own firm (to avoid employer conflicts).</li></ul>Compensation: This is a fee-share Co-Counsel structure, paid as a percentage of attorney fees collected upon successful settlement or resolution.Job Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $40,877.28 - $63,314.58 per yearWork Location: Remote
