SSDI Attorney (5+ Years Experience) – Co-Counsel Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Social Security Disability (SSDI/SSI) Attorney with at least 5 years of experience handling disability claims to partner with our firm on a co-counsel basis.

Our firm focuses exclusively on case acquisition and client intake, allowing our co-counsel partner to focus entirely on legal work, case development, and representation.

To start, we expect to generate approximately 20–50 new SSDI cases per month.

For successful claims, the average approved attorney fee is approximately $9,200 per case (SSA statutory cap).

With a 35% fee share to the handling attorney, this equates to approximately:

  • $3,220 per successful case

Example earnings:

10 approved cases
~$92,000 total attorney fees → ~$32,200 to you

20 approved cases
~$184,000 total attorney fees → ~$64,400 to you

(Actual timelines depend on SSA processing times and case outcomes.)

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who wants to scale their SSDI practice without spending money on marketing or lead generation.
