Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant. This vital role combines exceptional patient care and service with efficient administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive experience for patients and referring offices. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills, ready to handle multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately to ensure a professional first impression.</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls to the correct departments or personnel.</li><li>Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including data entry and document proofreading to support office workflows.</li><li>Assist with clerical tasks including copying, faxing, mailing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.</li><li>Provide patient and family support by answering inquiries via phone or email with courteous phone etiquette and professionalism.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in front desk operations and patient service with strong organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry skills.</li><li>Strong clerical experience including proofreading and document management.</li><li>Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high-volume calls smoothly.</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints.</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $26.21 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Work Location: In person
