We specialize in jewelry, luxury items, and high-value lending.Position OverviewWe are hiring a Director of Jewelry Education &amp; Customer Experience to train and develop our team across multiple locations.This role focuses on:<ul><li>Teaching employees how to evaluate jewelry accurately</li><li>Training staff to clearly explain how values are determined</li><li>Improving customer communication and overall experience</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Train employees on jewelry evaluation (gold, diamonds, luxury items)</li><li>Develop and implement consistent appraisal standards</li><li>Teach staff how to present and explain loan/purchase offers</li><li>Coach employees on communication and customer interaction</li><li>Visit store locations and provide hands-on training</li><li>Improve loan values, close rates, and consistency</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Jewelry experience required (retail, pawn, or wholesale)</li><li>Strong knowledge of gold, diamonds, and pricing</li><li>Experience training or managing teams</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Multi-location experience</li><li>Formal training (optional) (e.g., Gemological Institute of America)</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Performance-based bonuses</li><li>Growth opportunity</li></ul>What Makes This Role UniqueAt Super Pawn:We don&rsquo;t just give prices &mdash; we justify value and build trust.We are building a team that can confidently explain value and deliver a premium customer experience.Apply TodayIf you have strong jewelry knowledge and can train others to communicate value clearly, we want to hear from you.Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
