Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Weekend Hostess to create a vibrant and memorable experience for our guests. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting visitors with enthusiasm, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest services during weekend hours.Duties<ul><li>Warmly greet guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression</li><li>Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS</li><li>Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest comfort</li><li>Answer phone inquiries with courteous professionalism, providing accurate information about wait times and services</li><li>Assist guests with special requests and accommodate seating preferences whenever possible</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to ensure a welcoming environment</li><li>Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to deliver seamless guest experiences</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous host/hostess experience in a food service or restaurant setting preferred</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively</li><li>Knowledge of restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable</li><li>Experience in hospitality, hotel guest services, or serving roles is a plus</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Friendly demeanor with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction</li></ul>Join us as a Weekend Hostess and become an essential part of creating joyful moments for our guests!
