Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Weekend Hostess to create a vibrant and memorable experience for our guests. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting visitors with enthusiasm, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. Duties

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest comfort
• Answer phone inquiries with courteous professionalism, providing accurate information about wait times and services
• Assist guests with special requests and accommodate seating preferences whenever possible
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to ensure a welcoming environment
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to deliver seamless guest experiences

Qualifications

• Previous host/hostess experience in a food service or restaurant setting preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Knowledge of restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Experience in hospitality, hotel guest services, or serving roles is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly demeanor with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
