The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment and efficient communication within the organization.Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients professionally and warmly, directing them to appropriate personnel or resources.</li><li>Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.</li><li>Maintain the front desk area in an organized and professional manner.</li><li>Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence.</li><li>Provide administrative support, including data entry, billings, filing, and document preparation for programs.</li><li>Assist with maintaining office and program supplies and replenishment as needed.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and adhere to agency policies regarding client and organizational information.</li><li>Assist with special projects and events as needed.</li><li>Monitor visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.</li><li>Attend mandatory agency meetings and training sessions.</li><li>Other duties delegated by his/her supervisor.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor under pressure.</li><li>Discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.</li><li>Must be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Ability to travel for program training and between multiple programmatic locations.</li><li>Must be available to work some evenings and weekends for activities, outings, field trips and/or agency events.</li><li>Will need to obtain the Community Health Care Worker Training and maintain active status.</li><li>Will Need to obtain Mental Health Coaching Certification with Crisis Response and Trauma.</li></ul>Computer Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office Products, such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; strong focus on eKyros and BriteWorks, Publisher and Canva.</li></ul>Education:Required: High School diploma or equivalency.Preferred: Some collegeJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $14.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Amarillo, TX 79107: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language Required:English and Spanish is a must.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Amarillo, TX 79107 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
