As a Healthcare Recruiter at ArchCare Senior Life (PACE), you will be instrumental in attracting and sourcing skilled healthcare professionals who provide personalized compassionate care to seniors. Responsibilities: <ul> <li> Source and screen applicants, verify licenses, and assess competencies to ensure compliance and suitability. </li> <li> Collect all applicant documentation in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements. </li> <li> Evaluate candidate qualifications and refer top applicants to hiring managers based on hiring criteria. </li> <li> Create talent pipelines by networking, attending job fairs, and building partnerships with nursing schools and other educational institutions. </li> <li> Maintain applicant database and ensure timely updates in accordance with HR practices. </li> <li> Prepare offer letters and coordinate medical clearance for selected candidates. </li> <li> Provide regular updates to management on open positions and recruitment progress. </li> <li> Build strong working relationships with staff and leadership to support recruitment goals. </li> <li> Deliver excellent customer service to both internal stakeholders and external applicants. </li> <li> Act as a trusted advisor and recruitment partner across departments </li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li> Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. </li> <li> Experience Requirements - Three years' experience in a recruiting role; healthcare setting required. </li> </ul>
