Main duties/tasks:&middot; By utilising resources available, work as effectively and efficiently as possible to ensure the service is provided to the agreed standards.&middot; Always maintain accommodation areas in a clean and sanitary condition including deep cleaning programme.&middot; Cleaning, buffering, hovering, sweeping and washing floors, walls and ceilings to be carried out in accordance with company procedures and safe systems of work to the contract specified standard, and recorded in the cleaning schedules.&middot; Ensure all laundry is done to clients satisfaction and contract specification&middot; Accompany supervisor on daily and weekly inspections of areas of your responsibility.&middot; Maintain cleanliness of all catering equipment.&middot; Ensure all laundry is done to clients satisfaction and contract specification.&middot; Ensure kitchen and all its equipment are maintained in a clean and hygienic manner.&middot; Ensure mess is always kept clean.&middot; Assist in the preparation and serving of meals.&middot; Ensure adequate supplies of cutlery and crockery are available throughout service times.&middot; Ensure adequate supplies of Kitchen equipment are available to chefs.&middot; Manage the pot wash area.&middot; Assist in unloading containers/stores.&middot; Assist in timely preparation of items requested by the various departments for issuance.&middot; Assist in receiving and counter checking all storerooms deliveries.&middot; Ensure proper arrangement of all inventory stock items to facilitate easy issuance and items identification.&middot; Maintain all storeroom areas to the highest corporate safety &amp; hygiene standards, guided by QHSC team.&middot; Responsible for reporting any storeroom maintenance requirements.&middot; Assist in storeroom inventory stock taking upon request.&middot; Writing, placing, and tracking purchase orders.&middot; Compiling reports on product performance and statistics.&middot; Working with warehouse staff to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies.&middot; Assist the buyer in using accurate data to determine purchasing needs and performing inventory management.&middot; Notify line supervisor of any defects/faults or maintenance requirements within areas of responsibility. Report all accidents, incidents and any injuries. Report any customer complaints immediately.&middot; Ensure all duties and responsibilities are undertaken in full compliance of the Health and Safety.&middot; Embrace company training and development and culture by SACC.&middot; Attending Client and Company training courses as deemed necessary.&middot; Fully support and participate in all Client and Company safety initiatives.&middot; Carry out additional duties and any other tasks, as requested by the manager.&middot; Ensure work is conducted hygienically at all times 7 safe systems of work are followed&middot; Take personal responsibility for closing identified development gaps and future requirements.&middot; Personal competencies are known, understood, adhered to and updated on an ongoing basis.&middot; Ensure the personal working hygiene standards meet both the company and statutory requirements Communication/Contact with others.&middot; Attended daily site meetings, toolbox talk and weekly HSE.Responsibility for machinery/equipment/materials/consumables:&middot; Ensuring correct use, safe operations and always keeping clean and hygienic&middot; Basic maintenance and preparation for use on an as and when required basis.&middot; Completing work in terms of Safe Systems of Work&middot; Knowledge and competency in the use of cleaning materials and chemicals as approved under COSHH regulations ensuring, at all times, that all chemicals are stored correctly according to COSHH regulations.&middot; Report any defective equipment and do not use.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to ﷼1,800.00 per month

Service Agent, B&I and Remote Sites

- Organize, controller/ administration for all Operations Unit/Ramp Operation, Sky Sales, Abha Station and Projects activities and plan staffing of Operations Team and provide all support within the area of responsibilities in order to achieve Company set goals and objectives.- Responsible for all functions of Operations Team and assist Operations Senior Managers in Planning of all administration, Projects and operation aspects.Direct Reporting to Sr. Operation Manager1- Establish information and communication systems to secure all information, changes, revised procedures and regulations related to the personnel, project and administration to staff and implement without delay.2- Ensure the smooth function of all Operations activities.3- Ensure complete secrecy concerning Management policies on different issues while dealing with different categories of staff.4- Ensure proper utilization of all office equipment within the Department.5- Maintain and update operations statistics and keeps Sr. Operations Managers as well as other concerned Department informed of the same.6- Ensure that various reports are received from all Sections within Operations Department and Weekly/Monthly Summary reports are generated to all concerned.7- Ensure efficient filing/information flow system for smooth functioning of Department.8- Ensure proper follow up on the validity of Ramp passes and driving licenses of all staff in Operations Department.9- Conduct Yearly inventory of fixed/capital assets in coordination with Sections Senior Supervisors and keep regular follow up on any inventories of various units within Operations Department.10- Ensure follow up on important meetings and commitments of Sr. Operations Managers.11- Ensure follow up on Operations activity plans and briefs Operations Sr. Managers of the progress.12- Discuss and pass on to the Operations Sr. Managers relevant information with regard to both the general goodwill of staff and operational information of the Department.13- Participate in any meetings and briefings as per prescribed schedules, and any other meetings as and when necessary.14- Provide assistance to operation areas during peak and whenever required.15- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.16- Perform other duties related to the job and/or the operation of the company, in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Labor of Law. Adherence to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.17- Dealing with data and information according to their level of classification.18- Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property, or similar laws or regulations.19- Compliance with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements.20- Adhere to the acceptable use policy and Using SACC information and technical assets only for business purposes.21- Obtaining the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority in SACC before hosting visitors in the company's specific sensitive sites.22- Reporting Cybersecurity incidents.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From ﷼3,209.00 per month
