Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant (willing to train) to join our dynamic dental team. Our hours are Monday to Thursday 7:45 am to 4 pm.The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care while assisting the dentist during various procedures. This position requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a sterile environment in accordance with aseptic techniques.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols.</li><li>Perform dental imaging as required, ensuring accurate positioning and exposure for optimal results.</li><li>Document patient information accurately in electronic health records, adhering to HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Manage dental clinic systems, including scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow.</li><li>Utilize dental software systems such as Dentrix for efficient practice management.</li></ul>Helpful skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control practices.</li><li>Familiarity with dental imaging procedures and equipment is highly desirable.</li><li>Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate dental documentation.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members.</li></ul>Join our team and contribute to creating positive experiences for our patients while advancing your career in the dental field!Job Type: Full-timePay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
