<div>We are looking for an experienced and motivated surveyor to join our Commercial Valuation team in Abu Dhabi. This is a delivery-focused role with responsibility for undertaking valuations across a broad range of commercial and mixed-use assets throughout the UAE.
Working with leading banks, developers, investors and other institutional clients, you will support the preparation of high-quality reports that inform lending decisions, investment strategy, and portfolio management. The role offers exposure to complex instructions and a collaborative environment where technical rigour and local market knowledge are highly valued. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified valuer looking to grow their experience and work alongside a respected team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Conduct inspections and valuations of commercial properties across Abu Dhabi, applying local market knowledge and expertise.</li>
<li>Provide market-driven advice on a wide range of commercial property types.</li>
<li>Reach firm, and justifiable conclusions on property values for all assignments.</li>
<li>Prepare detailed valuation reports and present clear, concise advice to clients.</li>
<li>Develop and utilise models using Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer.</li>
<li>Liaise directly with clients to ensure consistently high-quality advice and service delivery.</li>
<li>Take ownership of instructions executing tasks with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Manage multiple assignments efficiently meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.</li>
<li>Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.</li>
<li>Collaborate with senior team members on high-profile projects.</li>
<li>Support business development efforts to drive team growth and revenue.</li>
<li>Work closely with other departments to stay updated on market trends and explore cross-selling opportunities.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
<ul><li>2-3 years of experience in commercial property valuations, preferably within the Abu Dhabi real estate market.</li>
<li>AssocRICS or MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status.</li>
<li>Comprehensive understanding of valuation regulations and relevant legislation.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market is essential.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer is desirable.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.</li>
<li>Valid UAE driving licence and available vehicle.</li>
</ul>
