Ready-Mix concrete, Block &amp; Interlock FACTORY, Precast ,Urgently looking for the positions below, please only who is related to the same failed (Ready-mix concrete, blocks &amp; interlock)Sales CoordinatorA Sales Coordinator will support sales representatives and coordinate sales related activities but is not responsible for selling products.RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Prepares Quotations using Company Word Format / ERP System from Sales Department.</li><li>Prepares Sales Order according to the LPO / Salesman with reference number.</li><li>Opening new files for new clients or new customers.</li><li>Updates the tracking lists of the Quotations (Ready Mix, Block &amp; Interlock).</li><li>Updates the tracking lists of daily Sales Orders (Ready Mix, Block &amp; Interlock, and Precast).</li><li>Prepares weekly and monthly Sales Report to be presented during meeting in the Sales Department.</li><li>Daily follows up the Salesman&rsquo;s Report in their daily activities, that it should be submitted on time.</li><li>Follow up and ensure that all inquiries and required documents are properly completed and ready before submission to the concerned clients.</li><li>Checks email regularly to avoid miscommunications.</li><li>Any emails related to production &mdash; whether for Ready-Mix, Block &amp; Interlock, or Precast &mdash; or any other production matters for FBA Factories, must be reviewed by the concern Department for feedback before proceeding with any documentation such as quotation or sales orders.</li><li>Files documents in an orderly manner to avoid misplaced and lost documents.</li><li>Records all incoming and outgoing documents from any interrelated companies (Ready Mix, Block &amp; Interlock, Auto Rent, and Precast).</li><li>Maintains the log of correspondence and documents to have a proper flow of daily activities.</li><li>Identifies or monitors to minimize potential conflicts and resolve problems, if any, with regards of secretarial or human resources works.</li><li>Manages incoming visitors or walk-in customers and directly refer to any Sales Representative available.</li></ul>4.0 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS4.1 Education: College Graduate4.2 Experience: 2-3 years of experience in GCC.If you are related to the same field send your CV to the email below only who is related to the same field will be selected.hrfactory2025@gmail.comwatsup : +974 31252506Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can you briefly describe your experience with Ready-Mix, Block, and Interlock products &mdash; and how you supported sales or coordination in these areas?</li><li>How do you usually manage and coordinate between clients, production, and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch and customer satisfaction</li><li>What methods or tools do you use to keep track of customer orders, quotations, and payments?</li></ul>

PRECAST FACTORY, Urgently looking for the positions below, please only who is related to the same failed (PRECAST)Precast Erection EngineerJob Description / Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate all precast concrete erection activities at the project site.</li><li>Review erection drawings, method statements, and lifting plans before site execution.</li><li>Ensure erection works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.</li><li>Plan and schedule daily erection activities in coordination with project and site teams.</li><li>Verify the availability and readiness of cranes, lifting equipment, and manpower before each operation.</li><li>Conduct site inspections to monitor alignment, leveling, and joint accuracy of precast elements.</li><li>Ensure proper grouting, joint sealing, and connection details are executed correctly.</li><li>Liaise with design, production, transport, and quality control teams for smooth erection flow.</li><li>Ensure the stability and temporary support of precast elements until permanent connections are secured.</li><li>Maintain records of daily erection progress, manpower, equipment usage, and material consumption.</li><li>Identify and report any technical issues or discrepancies to the site manager or project engineer.</li><li>Coordinate with safety officers to implement site safety procedures and lifting permits.</li><li>Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure rigging and erection crews follow safety protocols.</li><li>Verify and approve erection checklists, dimension reports, and alignment tolerances.</li><li>Participate in pre-erection and post-erection inspections with QA/QC teams and consultants.</li><li>Support the project team during load tests, joint inspections, and final acceptance works.</li><li>Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure quality workmanship at all erection stages.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of erection methods, efficiency, and safety performance.</li></ul>If you are related to the same field send your CV to the email below only who is related to the same field will be selected.hrfactory2025@gmail.comMob : 31252506Job Type: Full-time
