This is an in-office position with the option of either full or part-time. This person is a self-motivated and driven individual who works best in a team-based environment.Administrative responsibilities include but are not limited to: <ul><li>Answering phones / greeting visitors</li></ul><ul><li>Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages</li></ul><ul><li>Tracking and ordering general office supplies</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate vendor education presentations</li></ul><ul><li>Support architects with document management</li></ul><ul><li>Miscellaneous office tasks</li></ul>Marketing support responsibilities include but are not limited to: <ul><li>Formatting, proofreading, and assembling proposals, project cut sheets, and general marketing and presentation materials</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with updating existing marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and brand consistency</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain organized project files, templates and marketing resources</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with updating website content and creation of social media graphics</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with vendors, printers or other external partners for marketing materials as needed</li></ul>Experience Required <ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of Adobe products (Photoshop, InDesign)</li></ul><ul><li>Highly organized and able to work on multiple assignments</li></ul><ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to review content and grammar</li></ul><ul><li>Internet research capability and knowledge of social media</li></ul>For Full-Time: The typical schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday, with start/end of 8am-5pm.
