Employment Opportunity: Administrative / Marketing Assistant (Part Time / Full-Time)

CBLH Design is seeking an outgoing and energetic Administrative / Marketing Assistant to join our staff. This is an in-office position with the option of either full or part-time. This person is a self-motivated and driven individual who works best in a team-based environment.

Administrative responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones / greeting visitors
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  • Tracking and ordering general office supplies
  • Coordinate vendor education presentations
  • Support architects with document management
  • Miscellaneous office tasks

Marketing support responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Formatting, proofreading, and assembling proposals, project cut sheets, and general marketing and presentation materials
  • Assist with updating existing marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
  • Maintain organized project files, templates and marketing resources
  • Assist with updating website content and creation of social media graphics
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers or other external partners for marketing materials as needed

Experience Required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of Adobe products (Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Highly organized and able to work on multiple assignments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to review content and grammar
  • Internet research capability and knowledge of social media

For Full-Time: The typical schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday, with start/end of 8am-5pm. A full complement of benefits is offered including but not limited to:

For Part-Time: The schedule of 25-30 hours per week, with day and time flexibility within our office hours of 8am-5pm, Monday thru Friday. Benefits are limited for part-time employees.
