The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities1. Logistics &amp; Shipment Management Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments. Ensure timely dispatch, tracking, and delivery of goods. Prepare and verify shipping documents (GRN, delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills). Schedule transportation and negotiate with transporters for best rates.2. Inventory &amp; Warehouse Coordination Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory levels. Assist in cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and material movement. Monitor inventory to avoid stock-outs or excess stock.3. Vendor &amp; Transport Coordination Liaise with transport vendors, courier partners, and suppliers. Handle rate negotiations, service follow-ups, and issue resolution. Maintain vendor performance records (TAT, accuracy, service quality).4. Documentation &amp; Compliance Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics records. Ensure compliance with company policies, GST/e-way bill norms, and legal guidelines. Maintain records of freight costs and logistics expenses.5. Cross-Functional Coordination Work with procurement, warehouse, accounts, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate returns, replacements, and reverse logistics. Support daily/weekly MIS reports.Key Skills Required Strong communication and coordination skills Knowledge of supply chain/logistics processes Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic reporting) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Problem-solving and negotiation skills Knowledge of e-way bill, GST documentation (added advantage)Qualifications Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field 1&ndash;3 years of experience in logistics/warehouse/supply chain domain Experience in ERP/Keka/Tally/SAP (preferred but not mandatory) May require coordination outside office hours depending on shipment schedulesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>
