In this critical role, you will drive the establishment and implementation of enterprise architecture and data governance frameworks for our clients across various sectors in Saudi Arabia. Your expertise will be essential in supporting organizations to enhance their data management practices and align IT architecture with strategic business objectives.
As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with stakeholders to design comprehensive solutions that ensure data integrity, compliance, and accessibility, facilitating informed decision-making and operational efficiency.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h3><ul>
<li>Lead the development of enterprise architecture strategies utilizing TOGAF methodologies and principles.</li>
<li>Implement data governance frameworks in line with Qiyas standards to enhance data quality and compliance.</li>
<li>Assess current data management practices and recommend improvements that align with best practices.</li>
<li>Work closely with business leaders and IT teams to ensure alignment of architecture and governance initiatives with organizational strategy.</li>
<li>Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote understanding of enterprise architecture and data governance concepts.</li>
<li>Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies that impact data governance and enterprise architecture.</li>
<li>Provide mentorship and leadership to junior architects and data governance specialists.</li>
<li>Prepare documentation, including architecture designs, data governance policies, and compliance reports.</li>

Requirements<ul>
<li>Saudi Nationality is required.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture and data governance, with a strong focus on Qiyas.</li>
<li>TOGAF certification is essential.</li>
<li>Proficient in data governance principles and frameworks, including experience with implementation in organizations.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, able to engage with diverse stakeholders.</li>
<li>Experience in leading transformation initiatives in line with local regulations and standards.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>

Key Responsibilities:<ul>

Requirements<ul>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.</li>
<li>Arabic native speaker with fluency in English (spoken and written).
</li><li>5+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role with a focus on IT and cybersecurity.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, operations, and security practices.</li>
<li>Proven track record in building relationships with clients and addressing their technical needs effectively.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a consultative mindset.</li>
<li>Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other IT security-related certifications are advantageous.</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel as needed to meet client demands and support sales efforts.</li>
<li>Strong technical knowledge in multiple cybersecurity domains, including:</li>

</ul></li></ul><ul><li>Experience working with leading cybersecurity vendors (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, CrowdStrike, Microsoft, etc.).
</li><li>Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
</li><li>Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
</li><li>Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISM, or vendor-specific certifications are highly desirable.</li>

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end proposal process for various projects, ensuring that all bids and proposals meet the required standards and deadlines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, sales, and technical experts, to gather necessary information and create compelling proposals that highlight our services and solutions.
Your expertise in proposal writing and understanding of the IT and cybersecurity landscape will play a vital role in winning new business opportunities for CCDS.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities</h3><ul>
<li>Coordinate the preparation of proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other bidding documents.</li>
<li>Work with internal teams to gather technical and financial information required for proposals.</li>
<li>Create, edit, and format proposal documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with RFP requirements.</li>
<li>Review and analyze bid documents to understand client needs and align our proposals accordingly.</li>
<li>Manage proposal timelines and ensure that all proposals are submitted on time.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a library of proposal materials, templates, and best practices to streamline the proposal process.</li>
<li>Provide support during the bid clarification and negotiation phase.</li>

Requirements<ul>

<li>Strong knowledge of government tendering systems, especially Etimad platform.</li>
<li>Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.</li>
<li>Excellent command of Arabic and English (both written and verbal).</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple proposals simultaneously.</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of project management and the bidding process.</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.</li>
