IT Project Manager - Gov. Digital Transformation Projects

CCDS is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Information Technology Project Manager to support one of our prestigious Government entities in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead government digital transformation projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, schedules, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies promptly
• Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet government standards and client expectations
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and government representatives
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies tailored for government projects
• Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Saudi Nationality is mandatory
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Digital Transformation Projects.
• PMP Certification or an equivalent Project Management certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within government environments is considered an advantage.
